Our daily lives have changed significantly in the last four months, resulting in new forms of interactive networking, remote working, and the cancellation of big events. This current standard has changed not only how and where we use technology, but also the types of content we choose. Social networking sites had sparked new phenomena, causing everyone to use food recipes from all over the world. Some of them are Dalgona coffee, rainbow cakes , shakes etc.

During the lockdown, everyone came across beautiful pictures of delicious-looking Dalgona Coffee while mindlessly browsing through social media. This is the latest thing that's causing a stir on social media.

You can make this if you have instant coffee, milk, and water on hand. If you have a hand mixer, it will go smoother, but a regular whisk, one strong arm, and a good dose of stamina and resilience will still bring you , also be prepared to feel the pain in your triceps and biceps, and you'll be rewarded with a nice tall glass of cold, smooth coffee that's sweetened just right.

The Dalgona coffee craze started on TikTok, with the hashtag #DalgonaCoffee racking up over 10 million views on the video-sharing platform. People who tried their hand at it rapidly spread the trend to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, where video recipes were posted by others who tried their hand at it.

Shakes

Despite the fact that the lockdown has confined almost everybody to their houses, the scorching temperatures outside this summer will drain your resources. This resulted in experimenting and making new shakes . some of them are Rose apple juice.

Kulukki mango juice is another trend in social media which created a waves in Kerala.

Make raw mango juice using a glass of water. Strain it. Add the smashed ginger, sugar, salt and green chilli and squeeze lemon into the juice. Stir the mixture. Pour it into a tall glass and close it tightly with another glass. Shake well for at least five seconds. Open to add the ice cubes and serve it.

Gooseberry buttermilk, jackfruit shake and mango mojito were on the list of trending shakes in social media.

Turmeric latte

Haldi wala doodh finally reached the west, got a makeover and was transformed into Turmeric Latte. This is turmeric season, since this humble yellow root seems to have soared to the top of Indian consumers' wish lists for coronavirus immunity. Amul, one of India's most famous brands, launched HaldiDoodh, or turmeric milk, last month, according to reports. Bottles of labelled "Pride of Cows" milk, as well as free packets of Tata Sampann Haldi powder, are being distributed in some areas of Mumbai. Finally, it was time for turmeric when I heard our Finance Minister directly discuss turmeric latte in her announcement of the Government's economic package as an example of a major global trend.

It has long been regarded as an immunity booster in India. Turmeric has been used in ancient medicinal schemes such as Ayurveda and Unani for centuries. Warm turmeric milk before bedtime has long been considered to be a formula for good health.

Indian customers are profoundly rooted in the "haldi" value system. Modern research has bolstered this theory by revealing that curcumin, the active ingredient in turmeric, is responsible for much of the super-therapeutic root's properties. This is now spread across the globe.
